Litigation and enforcement partner Amy Roy presented at ICI’s 2021 Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference, which took place as a three-day virtual series on March 15, 17 and 19. On March 17, Amy participated in a panel discussion titled “Mutual Fund Civil Litigation: Year in Review,” during which she discussed the evolving litigation landscape for the fund industry. The panelists reviewed significant litigation developments and court decisions over the past year and discussed their potential impact on the industry.
