David Peloquin to Present at BIO International Convention in San Diego

Health care partner David Peloquin will discuss data privacy and national security restrictions impacting cross-border data transfers at the BIO International Convention in San Diego, CA on June 15.   

David’s panel is entitled “Is This the End of Global Clinical Trials? How to Navigate Data Privacy and National Security Restrictions Affecting Cross-Border Data Transfers in the EU and China” will examine the latest regulations on clinical data privacy, security, and transfer in key markets as well as review emerging trends aimed at developing a synchronized approach.
