Ryan Rohlfsen and Hui Chen to Share Expert Insights at Anti-Corruption Conference

Litigation & enforcement partner Ryan Rohlfsen and Hui Chen, senior advisor in R&G Insights Lab, will present at ACI’s Foreign Corrupt practices Act (FCPA) Conference in Washington D.C., November 29 through December 1.

Ryan will discuss new resources being devoted to anti-corruption efforts by the Department of Justice (DOJ), and how the Biden administration has made good on its pledge to crack down on corporate crime, as part of the panel “The New Realities of Corporate and Individual Liability Risks: Defense Counsel Perspectives on the DOJ’s Enforcement Posture and the Path Ahead.”

Hui will address how businesses can foster and strengthen ethical corporate cultures expertise during “Corporate Culture in Uncertain Times – Influencing Employee Conduct Amid Intensifying Risks and Business Pressures: Concrete Examples of Enhancing Ethical Decision-Making and Compliance Awareness.”

Ryan and Hui previously served as federal prosecutors with the DOJ. At Ropes & Gray, Ryan co-chairs the global anti-corruption and international risk practice and represents multinational organizations and senior executives in civil and criminal investigations and litigation. Hui is an expert in business ethics and compliance, with more than three decades of experience. Within R&G Insights Lab, she advises clients on the design, implementation, and assessment of ethics and compliances programs.
