Ryan Rohlfsen to Discuss the “Current Landscape of FCPA Enforcement” at Chicago Summit

Partner and co-chair of Ropes & Gray’s anti-corruption and international risk practice, Ryan Rohlfsen, will participate in the Stout Summit: Hot Topics in Fraud and Enforcement in Chicago on October 11. The conference will cover trending issues pertaining to white-collar crime, fraud, and cross-border corporate and fund collapses. As part of a panel of legal and Department of Justice (DOJ) experts exploring the “Current Landscape of FCPA Enforcement,” Ryan will address application of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and recent matters surrounding the topic.

Ryan’s expertise spans two decades in the anti-corruption, enforcement, and compliance spaces. He previously served as a federal prosecutor and a member of the DOJ’s unit responsible for global enforcement of the FCPA. At Ropes & Gray, he works with international clients and organizations in civil and criminal matters involving allegations of corruption, securities fraud, money laundering, revenue and accounting fraud, sanctions, and export controls, among other issues.
