Ropes & Gray represented inVentiv Health in its proposed acquisition of PharmaNet Development Group, a recognized leader of global drug development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic drug and medical device industries, announced May 17. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
