Ropes & Gray Advises Creditors Committee in Perkins & Marie Callender’s Bankruptcy

Ropes & Gray is advising the creditors committee in the bankruptcy of Perkins & Marie Callender’s Inc. The restaurant chain listed assets of $290 million and debt of $441 million when it filed for Chapter 11 on June 13 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware. It will file its restructuring plan with the bankruptcy court by July 14 and aims to emerge from bankruptcy by October 21.
