A team of Ropes & Gray attorneys acted as legal advisor to Global Knowledge, a worldwide leader in IT and business skills training, in its sale to MidOcean Partners, a leading private equity firm, announced on Oct. 25. Founded in 1995, Global Knowledge provides training solutions to enterprise and government organizations and delivers courses via its global training centers, private facilities and the Internet. The company provides instruction for over 250,000 students on an annual basis.
