Boston-based corporate partner Jane Goldstein wrote the lead article published in the January/February 2012 issue of Deal Lawyer titled “M&A in 2012: Out with the Old, in with the New?”. Although prognosticators find it difficult to predict the level of M&A activity for the coming year, Jane pinpoints specific emerging trends that appear to be drivers for M&A activity over the next 12 months.
