Decision Insight Information Group Sells Marshal & Swift/Boeckh and Dataquick Information Systems for $661M

A team of Ropes & Gray lawyers from the Boston, Washington D.C., and Silicon Valley offices represented the Decision Insight Information Group in its $661 million sale of Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, DataQuick Information Systems and DataQuick Lending Solutions to affiliates of CoreLogic, Inc., a real estate data company providing services in the United States and Australia.

The Ropes & Gray team included antitrust partner Mike McFalls, benefits partner Loretta Richard, finance partner Mike Lee, IP transactions partner Ed Black, tax partner Chris Leich, private equity associates Sarah Schaffer Raux, Sandy Boer and Rich Conklin, corporate general associate Annie Esser, IP transactions associate Megan Baca, and labor & employment associate Meg Bisk.
