Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity Origins in its sale of Enviromatic Systems, a provider of essential facility services for building management systems, to Wind Point Partners. The transaction closed on December 8.

Audax Private Equity Origins is Audax’s strategy to seek control buyouts in the lower middle markets.

The team was led by private equity partner Adam Leamon, senior attorney Graham Foster and associates Brandon Winer and Thomas Honken. The team also included private equity counsel Patrick Prin, tax partner Scott Pinarchick and counsel Tom Spera, and employment, executive compensation & benefits partner Kyle Higley and counsel Sean Smith.
