New York-based private equity partner Dan Evans is quoted in the July/August issue of Financial Executive magazine in an article titled “Deal or No Deal.” Mr. Evans discusses Dell’s recent LBO and notes it may be an indication of the LBO market now because it “demonstrates that a significant amount of equity and debt capital are available.”
