Ropes & Gray Completes Nypro $665M Sale to Jabil Circuit

Ropes & Gray represented Nypro, Inc. (“Nypro”), an employee-owned manufacturing company, in its $665 million sale to Jabil Circuit, Inc. (“Jabil”), an electronic product solutions company. The transaction is expected to bolster Jabil’s position in key markets, including healthcare, consumer packaging and consumer electronics.
