Banking partner Mark Nuccio is quoted in a September 10 Banking New York article on Berkshire Bank’s acquisition of 20 Bank of America branches in upstate New York. Mark notes the deal differs from Berkshire’s previous acquisitions, in which it acquired whole banks with smaller networks, and may offer particular benefits as a result.
