Altamont Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Legacy ER & Urgent Care
Ropes & Gray represented Altamont Capital Partners in its majority equity investment in Legacy ER & Urgent Care in a deal announced Oct. 17. Legacy, based in Frisco, Tex., is a leading operator of hybrid standalone emergency room and urgent care clinics. Altamont partnered with Kingfish Group in the investment, and terms were not disclosed.
The Ropes & Gray team advising Altamont included life sciences partner Michael Beauvais (Boston) and tax partner Amanda Holt (Boston).
