Ropes & Gray Advises Cressey & Company on Sale of Strategic Healthcare Programs to Roper Industries

Ropes & Gray advised leading health care-focused private investment firm Cressey & Company LP on the sale of software and informatics solutions provider Strategic Healthcare Programs, LLC to Roper Industries, Inc. The transaction was announced Aug. 27. 

The Ropes & Gray deal team was led by private equity partner Neill Jakobe (Chicago) and included tax partner Aaron Harsh (Boston); health care partner Deborah Gersh (Chicago); antitrust partner Mike McFalls (Washington, D.C.); finance partner Alexander Zeltser (New York); intellectual property transactions counsel  Thomas Burke (New York); health care counsel Alison Fethke (Chicago); antitrust counsel Deidre Johnson (Boston); and private equity associate Timothy Castelli (Chicago).
