Asia-based Attorneys Discuss China’s New Anti-Commercial Bribery Campaign in Law360

Government enforcement counsel Katherine Wang co-authored an article for Law360 that examines the potential impact of China’s new three-year anti-commercial bribery campaign intended to specifically target 10 large cities and provinces.

The Feb. 27 article, titled “China Anti-Bribery Rules Raise Questions For Life Sciences” highlights China’s decision to implement a blacklist of individuals and companies in the health care industry that have been subject to bribery-related investigations, penalties or convictions. The article also discusses Nine Prohibitions to Strengthen Ethical Conduct in the Healthcare Industry, as determined by China’s National Health and Family Planning Commission.
