Ropes & Gray represented U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP), an anesthesia-focused physician services organization, in the creation of its new partnership with JLR Medical Group (JLR) and Pinnacle Anesthesia (Pinnacle). Orlando, Florida-based JLR and Dallas-based Pinnacle join Greater Houston Anesthesiology as partners in USAP, bringing together the two largest anesthesia groups in Texas and three of the largest in the country. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
