TSG Consumer Partners portfolio company CytoSport was sold to Hormel Foods in a deal announced June 30. Ropes & Gray represented TSG in the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and receipt of regulatory approvals. Benicia, Calif.-based CytoSport is the maker of Muscle Milk and other protein-enhanced products.
