Ropes & Gray recently advised Berkshire Partners, Advent International and Bain Capital on their planned sale of Skillsoft, a pioneer in the field of technology-delivered learning with a long history of innovation and delivery of solutions for its business, government and education customers worldwide. On March 14, Skillsoft and Charterhouse Capital Partners, a London-based investment firm, announced the entry into a definitive agreement for Charterhouse to acquire Skillsoft from Berkshire, Advent and Bain.
