Cressey & Company and Harvest Partners Lead Recapitalization of VetCor
Ropes & Gray advised Cressey & Company, LP in its recapitalization of VetCor Group Holdings Corp., alongside Harvest Partners, LP. VetCor operates and manages 137 veterinary hospitals across 19 states, employing over 450 veterinarians. Terms of the transaction, which was announced April 20, were not disclosed.
