Welsh Carson and naviHealth Sell Majority Stake in naviHealth to Cardinal Health
Ropes & Gray represented Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe and its portfolio company, naviHealth, in the sale of a majority stake in naviHealth to Cardinal Health, Inc., a health care services company based in Dublin, Ohio, that aims to improve the cost effectiveness of health care. Nashville, Tenn.-based naviHealth teams with health plans, health systems and providers to manage post-acute care.
The sale was announced Aug. 25.
The Ropes & Gray team included tax partner Leo Arnaboldi (New York); benefits partner Alexandra Alperovich (New York); private equity associate Todd Kornreich (New York); and health care associate Drew Clary (New York).
