Intellectual property litigation partner Robert Goldman (Silicon Valley) spoke at the 12th Annual Stanford E-Commerce Best Practices Conference at Stanford Law School on June 8. The conference addressed current issues facing the e-commerce industry and panelists offered practical solutions for dealing with the legal issues that arise with regard to e-commerce. Mr. Goldman participated in a panel titled “Patent Best Practices.” Other attendees of the conference included intellectual property litigation partner Andrew Thomases and associate Andrew Radsch (both of Silicon Valley).
