IP Litigation Partners Present at ACC Patent Law Committee Seminars

Intellectual property litigation partners James Batchelder and Andrew Thomases (both of Silicon Valley) spoke at the ACC Patent Law Committee CLE seminars in San Francisco and Palo Alto held on May 12 and 13, respectively. They presented “The Real World Impact of Recent Supreme Court Patent Decisions,” during which they discussed the ways lower courts have been applying recent Supreme Court decisions and assessed their impact on patent litigation strategy. Ropes & Gray is the 2015 Patent Law Committee sponsor for the Bay Area Chapter of the ACC.
