Intellectual Property Partner Co-Authors Article on Trade Secret Enforcement and Compliance
Intellectual property litigation partner David Chun (Seoul) and former government enforcement partner recently co-authored an article appearing in the Journal, a quarterly magazine published by the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea. The article, titled “Trade Secret Enforcement and Compliance,” examines recent trends in the enforcement of trade secret laws in different jurisdictions around the world, including an increasing number of trade secret actions involving activities that span across both Korea and the United States.
