Ropes & Gray advised Revelstoke Capital Partners, LLC on the fundraising of its inaugural fund, Revelstoke Capital Partners Fund I, L.P. and Revelstoke Capital Partners Co-Investment Fund I, L.P., which completed fundraising Nov. 3 at $303 million. Since its inception in mid-2013, Revelstoke has raised in excess of $515 million in equity commitments across its various investing entities.
Denver, Colo.-based Revelstoke is a private equity firm formed by experienced investors who focus on building industry-leading companies. Its managing partners, Mark King, Simon Bachleda and Dale Meyer, have collectively throughout their careers completed over 110 platform and add-on acquisitions, representing over $5 billion of total enterprise value.
