As part of a week-long celebration of pro bono work for National Pro Bono Week, Pro Bono Net featured the contributions of business & securities litigation partner Bill Sussman (New York) in the prison reform class action Nunez v. City of New York as part of its “Volunteer-a-Day” initiative. The feature includes an article by the Legal Aid Society detailing the various reform measures being implemented at Rikers Island as part of the landmark settlement in Nunez, which received final court approval on Oct. 21.
