An Intellectual Property Magazine article, published in the February 2016 issue, was co-authored by intellectual property litigation partner Andrew Thomases (Silicon Valley), on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit decision regarding the jurisdiction of the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) over electronic data and the impact on the ClearCorrect Operating decision Section 337 patent infringement violations.
