In a June 2 article published by Global Investigations Review (subscription required), government enforcement partner Ryan Rohlfsen discusses how the release of documents from the Panama-based law firm Mossack Fonseca will enable prosecutors and government investigators to make new connections between a range of entities and global corporations when investigating corruption allegations.

For prosecutors, the papers “are a potential treasure trove for cutting through a lot of smoke in investigating matters where shell companies are involved,” Rohlfsen told Global Investigations Review.
