Ropes & Gray Represents Kohlberg & Company in Deal to Acquire MarketCast

Ropes & Gray advised Kohlberg & Company in its definitive agreement to acquire the ownership interest in MarketCast from RLJ Equity Partners, LLC and State Street Global Advisors. Los Angeles-based MarketCast is a leading provider of market research services and data analytics to the entertainment industry. The deal was announced Oct. 25 and is expected to close in November. Additional terms were not disclosed.
