Ropes & Gray Represents Boston Children’s Hospital in Determination of Need Litigation

Ropes & Gray represented Boston Children’s Hospital in litigation challenging the proposed $1 billion modernization and expansion of its Longwood Medical Area Campus. On Nov. 23, the Suffolk County Superior Court, Business Litigation Session, denied plaintiffs’ injunction to delay the construction. An Oct. 2016 decision from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Public Health Council granted the Determination of Need.
