London Deal Team Represents Exponent Private Equity in Sale of Pattonair
Ropes & Gray represented Exponent Private Equity, a new private equity client for the firm, in an agreement to sell Pattonair to Platinum Equity for an undisclosed amount. Pattonair is a leading international aerospace and defense supply chain service provider, specializing in the supply of small and medium value components. The sale is expected to be completed in the final quarter of 2017.
The London-based team advising Exponent has included private equity associate Shona Ha and tax partner Brenda Coleman.
