Ropes & Gray Counsels CCMP Capital Advisors and PQ Group Holdings Inc. in Public Offering of Common Stock

Ropes & Gray counseled CCMP Capital Advisors and PQ Group Holdings Inc. in its proposed initial public offering of 29,000,000 shares of common stock, which launched with a price range of between $21.00 to $23.00 per share. PQ will also grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 4,350,000 shares of its common stock. The offering is being made pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
