Labor Attorney Presents Webinar for Employment Counsel on Defend Trade Secrets Act
Labor & employment associate Douglas Brayley (Boston) presented a Strafford continuing legal education webinar on Nov. 14 titled “The Defend Trade Secrets Act: Lessons for Employment Counsel from DTSA Filings and Court Rulings.”
Mr. Brayley discussed topics such as recent trends and developments in DTSA decisions, and offered practical advice including tips on crafting an ex parte seizure order application and revising contracts and employment agreements to include notice of whistleblower immunity provisions.
