Ropes & Gray Advises Altamont Capital in the Sale of HUF
Ropes & Gray advised Altamont Capital Partners and its portfolio company HUF Worldwide, LLC, a leading skate and streetwear apparel and footwear business based in Los Angeles, in the sale of a 90% equity interest in HUF to TSI Holdings of Japan. The transaction was announced on November 27, 2017.
The Ropes & Gray team included private equity partner Jason Freedman, tax partner Amanda Holt and private equity associate Marc Migliazzo.
