Ropes & Gray represented Silver Lake in its acquisition of a majority stake in Weld North Education. The agreement will help accelerate Weld North Education’s long-term growth initiatives. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2010, Weld North Education is a leading digital education technology company focused on developing digital curriculum and tools for preK-12th grade. The company’s aim is to redefine the capability of digital learning curricula to improve student outcomes.
