An article published on American Banker’s BankThink blog on April 16 titled “Changes to Volcker coming with or without House bill” reports that the House passed a bill last week seeking to modify the Volcker Rule. In the article, investment management partner Mark Nuccio discusses what will happen if the bill does not pass. “If the bill does not pass, the work will eventually get done, but it will inevitably be trapped in a quagmire of shared bureaucratic responsibility,” states Mr. Nuccio in the piece.
