Ropes & Gray served as regulatory advisor to Elite Dental Partners, a leading doctor-led dental support organization, in completion of a majority recapitalization with Cressey & Company, which is investing and partnering alongside current shareholders Tyree & D’Angelo Partners and management. The deal was announced on June 13.
Chicago-based Elite Dental is one of the fastest growing dental support organizations in the United States with more than 80 affiliated offices across 10 states. The company supports a network of over 130 dentists who provide recurring general dentistry services to an expansive patient base.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by health care partner Deborah Gersh (Chicago) and health care associate Christina Bergeron (Boston).
