Ropes & Gray Advises KPA and CIVC Partners in its Investment from Providence Equity Partners
Ropes & Gray advised KPA, a leader in Environmental Health and Safety Risk Management, and CIVC Partners in KPA’s majority investment from Providence Equity Partners, announced on August 8. Existing investor CIVC Partners will retain a minority investment in KPA going forward. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
