Health Care Partner Co-Authors Article on Clinical Trial Enterprise in India
Health care partner Mark Barnes (Boston) co-authored an article on the critical need for the development of more robust clinical trials in India. The article has been published by the Organization of Pharmaceutical Producers of India in their annual publication “In Science We Trust.”
The article explains how a positive clinical trial environment in India will require public and private investment in infrastructure, training and strengthening the nation’s health systems.
Mr. Barnes co-authored the article with Dr. Barbara Bierer, Faculty Director of the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard.
