Convey Health Solutions is a specialized healthcare technology and business process outsourcing services company.
HealthScape Advisors is a management consulting firm dedicated to serving clients within the healthcare industry, and Pareto Intelligence is an analytics and advisory company that delivers technology solutions to improve value-based outcomes. The transaction was announced on Nov. 16.
The combined company will serve over 200 customers, including many of the nation’s leading commercial and government-sponsored health plans.
The Ropes & Gray team includes mergers & acquisitions and private equity partner John Sorkin (New York), tax & benefits partners Danna Kivell, Adam Greenwood and Alexandra Alperovich (all of New York), finance partner Stefanie Birkmann (New York), and health care partner Tim McCrystal (Boston).
