Investment management partner Elizabeth Reza is quoted in a Fund Directions article published on Dec. 20 titled “2019 Outlook: What's keeping directors up at night?” that discusses 2019 outlook for fund directors, including liquidity rule implementation, fee pressure and fintech as areas of focus. “As they review their funds' liquidity programs, boards should ask questions about how the program parameters have been tailored to their fund complex,” Ms. Reza states in the piece. Ms. Reza also notes that "Boards should encourage advisers and the funds' service providers to focus their reporting on fund specific issues." She adds "Boards need to make sure they're getting reporting that is appropriately tailored to the funds and the funds' service providers."
