Ropes & Gray advised BV Investment Partners in its acquisition of Intelliteach, a leading global provider of tech enabled business process outsourcing solutions for law and accounting firms, from Dominus Capital, L.P. The transaction was announced on Feb. 6 and terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Intelliteach, founded in 1987 with offices in Atlanta, St. Louis, London and Toronto, provides both IT Managed Services and A/R Managed Services to over 300 firms in the legal and accounting markets.
