Ropes & Gray advised Vista Equity Partners in a joint growth investment with TA Associates in Aptean Partners, a provider of enterprise software solutions. Vista and TA will be equal partners, each investing new equity to acquire Aptean. The transaction, announced on Feb. 27, is expected to close during the second quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
