Ropes & Gray Advises Cable & Wireless Communications on Two Bond Offerings

Ropes & Gray has advised Cable & Wireless Communications Limited and its subsidiaries on two recent complex high yield bond issuances. 

Sable International Finance Limited issued $400m of Senior Secured Notes due 2027 adding secured bonds to the Cable & Wireless capital structure. The firm has also advised Cable & Wireless Communications Limited on the issuance of $300m Senior Notes due 2027 issued as additional notes to the existing $700m Senior Notes due 2027 originally issued in August 2017 by C&W Senior Financing Designated Activity Company. The proceeds from the offerings were used to refinance existing indebtedness of subsidiaries of Cable & Wireless Communications Limited.
