Ropes & Gray represented Stanadyne LLC, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, in its acquisition of Pure Power Technologies, Inc. from Kensington Capital Partners LLC and The Smithfield Group Limited. The transaction was announced on April 9.
Headquartered in Columbia, S.C., Pure Power is a manufacturer of OEM and aftermarket diesel fuel injectors, turbochargers and EGR valves for commercial and off-road vehicles.
