Ropes & Gray has advised pan-European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital on its investment in CARE Fertility Holdings Limited, a leading UK fertility group, which was announced on 18 April and is due to complete in May. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
Silverfleet Capital has entered into a binding contract to acquire a majority stake in CARE, which operates nine clinics and 13 satellite facilities providing extensive coverage across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The investment builds upon Silverfleet’s experience in the healthcare sector and will enable CARE to continue its strong and diversified growth.
Members of the London-based team included private equity associates Hayley Stokes and Craig Jourdan and finance associates Sean Darling and Jacob Bennett.
