Ropes & Gray served as fund counsel to Skyknight Capital in the formation and raise of SkyKnight Capital Fund II, L.P. (Fund II) and SkyKnight Capital Fund II Annex, LLC (Annex). The funds announced their final close on July 23 and were oversubscribed with more than $250 million in total capital commitments.

Founded in 2015, SkyKnight manages over $750 million in assets across its funds and co-investment vehicles on behalf of institutional family offices and leading foundations and endowments.
