Ropes & Gray has advised certain selling shareholders on the sale of Quotient Sciences, a UK-headquartered provider of outsourced drug development services, to Permira, a global private equity firm.
Quotient Sciences provides drug development, commercial and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The company, which generates more than £100m in revenues, has more than 850 employees across six operating sites in the UK and US.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partner Helen Croke, with private equity associate Kenan Ceylan, both based in London.
