Ropes & Gray advised family office and private investment firm Dunes Point Capital, LP on its investment in Vanguard Packaging, Inc., Advanced Logistics & Fulfillment, LLC, and Great Plains Packaging, Inc. (together “Vanguard”). The transaction was announced on August 12 and financial terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, Vanguard is a designer and manufacturer of high graphic corrugated displays, retail ready packaging, industrial packaging products and related assembly, logistics and fulfillment services.
The Ropes & Gray team includes private equity partner Ken Chow (Boston) and finance partner Michael Lee (Boston).
