Michael Littenberg Authors Reporting and Disclosure Chapter for The Lawyer’s Corporate Social Responsibility Deskbook

Ropes & Gray partner Michael Littenberg authored a chapter in the recently published guidebook by the American Bar Association, The Lawyer’s Corporate Social Responsibility Deskbook: Practical Guidance for Corporate Counsel and Law Firms. The chapter, Reporting and Disclosure, discusses, among other things, CSR disclosure drivers and the growing body of U.S. and foreign mandatory and voluntary disclosure instruments, frameworks, standards, guidance and regulations. Michael is a recognized authority on CSR disclosure. He is highly ranked on numerous CSR top influencer lists, is ranked for multiple years running in Chambers Global’s Business and Human Rights Law category and serves on various industry groups involved with sustainability and CSR reporting.
